Currently, Free lance researcher on social and political issues, and Consultant for the “International Institute for Sustained Dialogue” on multicultural dialogue between Arab, European and American scholars and politicians.

March – November 2004      Project Director

Internews, Beirut, Lebanon

In charge of Internews programs in Lebanon, Bahrain, Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco. The programs consisted in training journalists on the best usage of internet, the development of writing skills, the respect of the international codes of ethics, and the development of good practices in terms of managing newspapers and respecting journalists’ rights.

In charge of supervising and coordinating three research and dialogue projects in Egypt, Jordan and Yemen on political parties, electoral systems and women’s participation.
