Global Classroom LAU MUN
Malgré la crise économique et sanitaire, le Global Classroom LAU MUN (GC LAU MUN) a quand même eu
lieu cette année.
Six de nos élèves de Seconde et de Première, encadrés par Madame Rhéa Hélou, ont réussi à se démarquer
par leur implication, leur créativité, la qualité de leur discours, leur aptitude à négocier, et leur capacité à
intégrer les valeurs des Nations-Unies.
Lors de la conférence finale, qui s’est tenue en ligne les samedi 20 et dimanche 21 mars 2021, ils ont ainsi
reçu des distinctions symboliques.

Our experience
in Model United Nations
Have you ever wondered what happens in a United
Nations conference? Or even which real-life topics
are being debated by the world’s most prominent
leaders during those intense conferences?
Well, Model United Nations, or MUN for short, is
an educational simulation that immerses young
and hardworking students in the fascinating world
of International Relations, providing them with a
unique opportunity of partaking in diplomatic and in the MUN program helped us in improving our
well-structured debates revolving around current general knowledge of important everyday topics,
and major global issues ranging from the UN as well as becoming more fluent in the language of
women’s committee cracking the glass ceiling in international relations and crisis management. Finally,
