Jamhour’s UK alumni gathering

amhour’s UK alumni gathered once more at The Antelope in Sloane Square for their annual gathering on
JWednesday, 11 October 2023. The event provided a cherished opportunity for former classmates to reconnect
and forge new connections.
The evening began at 6 PM, with attendees filling the private space reserved for the occasion. The presence of the
new Rector Marek Cieślik s.j. from Lebanon added a special touch, as he updated attendees on the school’s latest
developments.
Throughout the night,
laughter and reminiscence
filled the air as alumni
caught up with old friends
and shared stories of their
time at Jamhour. The spirit of
camaraderie and friendship
was palpable, reaffirming the
strong bond among Jamhour
alumni.
As the event drew to a close,
attendees left with hearts
full of warmth and gratitude,
already looking forward to
next year’s gathering.

Retrouvailles de la Promo 1985

e 9 août 2023, une quarantaine d’anciens camarades de la Promo 1985 se sont rassemblés dans la maison
Ld’Assaad Zard à Jal-el-Dib, pour une soirée de nostalgie et de rires. L’ambiance chaleureuse des années 80 a
enveloppé la réunion, devenue une tradition depuis deux ans.
La solidarité et l’amitié qui animent ces retrouvailles sont le reflet du lien spécial qui unit la Promo 1985. La soirée
s’est achevée avec
la promesse de se
retrouver à nouveau
et de préparer le 40
e
anniversaire en 2025.
Chaque réunion
est un témoignage
de l’importance
de ces amitiés qui
durent toute une
vie, rappelant aux
participants que le
temps peut passer,
mais les souvenirs
restent éternels.
