fut qualifié du treizième des travaux d’Hercule au
service de l’humanité. Suite à la remise du prix, Dina
et François se sont exprimés à leur tour en dédiant
cette victoire à la jeunesse libanaise qui s’acharne
à vivre une vie décente dans un pays en crise. Une
deuxième équipe, en partie libanaise, dirigée par le
bureau d’architecture Najjar-Najjar basé à Vienne, a
remporté le Grand Prix pour la Mer.
C’est ainsi que brillent les Libanais… un peu loin de
leur planète mère, le Liban.

Saymon Batour (Promo 2018) 1 prize at the “Unified filmmakers’” film festival - Munich

After winning the first prize at the Unified filmmakers’ film
festival in Munich, we were pleased to have this testimony
from Saymon Batour:

« Being able to participate and win the first prize at the
unified filmmakers’ film festival in Munich is such a soul-
lifting experience. Truly wonderful to receive such an
award and fly all the way to Munich to obtain it personally.
It is surely amazing to have your ideas and hard work
be appreciated and displayed on the big screen. This
is a testament for all student filmmakers whether still at
school or at university, to keep fighting for their vision of
creation through our struggling times. I got to meet some incredible people in my trip and outstanding
filmmakers, producers, writers, and directors that I am still in contact with to this day. I also had my film
sent out to 2 other countries: Scotland and the USA.
